In Like Flynn

Well we are finally in, have to curb our enthusiasm as we've been overseas in between handover and final move in date which happened over Easter. Feel like I could sleep for a week. Home quality is great, almost everything works short of two power outlets. You would think that electricians would actually check that a power point works before issuing a certificate? Right?. Anyway aside from some final works such as new panel for the garage door and the pump for storm water system, it's done and dusted. There are a few snapshots here to give you an impression. once we've done the big clean-up and final furniture arrangement well post some more photo's.



This morning work commenced on the Brick fence, foundations pits are done and concrete goes in later today, The fence will feature 50 mill bricks in Tawny Heritage and rendered posts base panel and cappings and will sit arount 1.7 - 1.8 high. Once this is done we will start of the front yard landscaping.
