one more sleep or maybe more

Waiting Waiting Waiting. Likely to get handover either today or next week or sometime very soon. Its like watching paint dry, god knows ive done a lot of that over the last few months. Here are some drive by picks on the way back from my coffee run.

Must say the side gate is a masterpiece!

Gated Community

Side gate has gone in. We employed the "Week End" team to build and install. Used Merbu dressed posts and used Fortress Gates self select and assemble. The side gate is 1850 high and 1200 wide. The decorative inserts / panels were from Chippies in Ringwood and they have been painted in a Merbu stain (Intergrain DWT) which lasts forever and ever outside. They use this stuff on boat decks - so you know it's good. Posts are set in concrete (not quickset). Just waiting for the side fence to be straitened and we will tie in the left hand panel. We have some Dulux (Dune) render paint which should look great with the rendered balcony nearby.

Buffed !

Had the pre inspection yesterday - House is buffed, Out Site Super visor has done a stonking job in the house. Must say it looks like a display home. Target date for keys is Friday March 15 - hopefully earlier!
